Over the course of one hour we’ll go over how to retouch your product photos and make the best use of your light. This is customized to your business or photo style. You will walk away having a grasp on how to best retouch your photos solo going forward.

This one-on-one service is best designed for small businesses who

1) have a consumer packaged good (food, drink, apparel, beauty, etc.) to sell;

2) and currently can’t afford professional photography but need decent product photos ASAP.

Or for photographers who

1) have a solid grasp on photo basics;

2) and are looking to up their game in retouching their commercial product photography.

After retouching 99% of my portfolio you see here for 13 years, I’m self-taught and have honed a straightforward process for getting the best aesthetic out of my photos and stop motion. I’ll share my process with you, tailored to your specific photos.

In our one-on-one, we’ll use Capture One. Never used it? No problem—it’s the industry standard software and uses a similar workflow to Lightroom.

After you book a time with me, I will send a short questionnaire to you about your skill level, goals, and more. After going through your answers at length, I’ll set up a time for you to learn product photography retouching basics one-on-one. If you’re local to Austin, we can do it in person; if you live elsewhere, we’ll meet over video.
